Meet the Kitchen Team

Our young new team led by Head Chef Sam Waythe, invite you to experience their take on modern British cuisine , serving traditional favourites with a modern twist.

Sam is assisted by his two Sous Chefs  Jamie Milnes and Terry Creed who all have a history in working in 2 rosette restaurants in Herefordshire.

The team are passionate about food , cooking, and in sourcing local ingredients from local producers . They are currently finalising their new menus which will be introduced late June.
